"Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away." - Matthew 24:35
The Bible is the bestselling book in world. It is bestselling because it is the word of God which God Himself has spoken through men guided by His Holy Spirit. People over the centuries tried to destroy this Book but their effort was not only in vain, but the word spread even mightier than before. Our Lord Jesus said that you cannot light a lamp and cover it, but the light from the lamp covers the entire room. Heaven and earth will pass away, but the word of God will stand strong, and it will accomplish everything God has spoken. Today we hold the word of God in our hand when we hold the Bible, but the big question is, do we spend time to meditate and let the word penetrate our hearts?
We have the precious word of God with us today, let us use our time to grow and become strong in the word.
