"But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons." - Galatians 4:4,5
As the world is preparing and getting ready for the Christmas season, we will see joy and celebration everywhere. But sadly, the focus again will be on material things and celebration to satisfy man's appetite. The real reason behind Christmas is not on the forefront of people's service and celebration. Jesus Christ took the form of flesh and was born in a manger with some swaddling clothes wrapped around Him. Heavens celebrated the coming of the Savior because the heavenly hosts knew who Jesus is, for they worshiped Him before in His glory. When the fullness of time had come, which means according to the will of God, it was the perfect time for Christ to be born, God sent forth His Son to redeem those who are under the bondage of sin. Let us celebrate the season knowing the true meaning of Christmas and the remembering the humble birth and life of our Savior.
