| "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven." - Matthew 7:21
"All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out." - John 6:37
The question is not just whether one knows Christ, but also whether He knows you as one of His own. The head knowledge of the scripture and of our Savior is not enough. One may be a Bible scholar with great knowledge about the Bible, but unless he is born again, there is no hope. Our Lord even said not everyone who says 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven. The one who truly comes to the Lord with a repentant humble heart and receives His as Lord and Savior will by no means be cast out. This is the promise of our Savior. He is standing at the door knocking for the door to be opened. Come to the Savior and receive His saving grace. Give your heart to Him, and He will receive you.
