| "And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever." - Daniel 2:44
"Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven saying, 'The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!' " - Revelation 11:15
There is a prophecy from of old that is yet to be fulfilled. This is also the promise of God to His faithful. Our Lord Jesus Christ taught us to pray for God's kingdom to come on earth as it is in heaven. This promise will be fulfilled one day when our Lord will establish His kingdom on earth. This will happen at the peak of wickedness on earth when all hope seems to have lost. Christ will return and subdue all His enemies and establish an everlasting kingdom. Those faithful to Christ, His saints, will enter this kingdom to rule and reign with their Savior. Let's be faithful while looking forward to that day. He shall reign forever and ever!
