"Out of the depths I have cried to You, O Lord; Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications." - Psalm 130:1,2 "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4:6,7 There likely have been times when we all felt the lowest point in our lives. For each one of us the circumstances and situation may be different but one common feeling we would have experienced is lack of help. The Bible teaches us where to find hope and help. Those who trust in the Lord will find hope and help in the Lord Jesus Christ. It's okay to cry out to the Lord when surrounded by distress, for it is the best thing to do. In everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let us make our requests be made known to God. The God of peace will surround us with His peace, strength, and comfort. Praise the Lord!
