"Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." - 1 Peter 5:6, 7
Are you suffering or are heavy laden today? Becoming believers in the Lord Jesus Christ does not discount trouble and difficulties in our lives. In fact, on the contrary, believing in Jesus and living a life faithful to Him will likely introduce tribulation and persecution because most of the secular world hates truth. No matter what our trouble or problem is, Christ has promised to be with us, and He goes through it with us. He gives us His peace and grace, which is all sufficient to sustain us. Let us run to Jesus our Lord and cast all our care upon Him. Yes, He cares for us.
