"Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered." - Psalm 32:1 "The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, 'Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!" - John 1:29 Jesus is displayed as the Lamb of God in the scriptures. That is because He takes away the sin of the world. He offered Himself to be the spotless sacrifice for the holy requirements of God for man's sins. Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven. In Jesus we get the blessing of forgiveness when we put our trust in Him. Our sins are covered by the Lamb of God. Praise the Lord!
