"And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins." - Ephesians 2:1
How will you explain light to a blind man? A blind man can only imagine what it means to see. Similarly, those who are dead in their trespasses, cannot appreciate what it means to be saved. Sinners until and unless they are convicted by the Holy Spirit will not realize the need to be saved. Jesus Christ came to make us free, and show us the path, because He Himself is the light of the world. Through Him we see the need to be saved, and He makes free anyone that come to Him wanting to be freed. He gives eternal life to every sinner who come to Him and trust Him fully.
