"...if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus Christ and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." - Romans 10:9
The old testament teaches us the love of God for Israel, and at the same time the need of a Savior, not just for Israel, but for all people. Jesus Christ fulfilled all law and prophets, and He is the only solution to man's sin problem, and God's response to man's salvation. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Confession with mouth and believing in heart that Jesus is the Christ is the only way one can be saved. Receive Christ into your heart, make Him Lord of your life today.
