One of the claims of Christ, our Lord, is unique and absolute. He made an exclusive claim to be the resurrection and the life. No other prophet or guru that have ever lived or will ever live even come close to this claim. Only the Son of God can make such a claim, and mean it. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. He only can provide eternal life. Outside of Jesus Christ there is no salvation. He only has the keys of Hades and Death. Believe on Him.
