Salvation of an individual is God's initiative. It is the Father who reveals the truth and draws a person to the Son. Man's responsibility is to believe in the Son and receive the free gift of salvation. No wonder why it is so hard for some people to believe in the truth of the gospel even when it is clearly preached to them. If you are reading this message and never received Jesus Christ into your heart, the Holy Spirit of God may be speaking to you this very moment. Do not neglect the calling of the Spirit, for the Bible says, 'Today, if you will hear His voice, do not harden your hearts.' Come to Jesus and receive the free gift of salvation.
