"...Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the key of Hades and Death." - Revelation 1:17-18
Lord Jesus is the overcomer and conqueror of death once and for all. He is the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep (1 Cor 15:20). All who have fallen asleep in Christ, will rise again and death has no sting over them. Why be afraid or fret over things of this world? Our Lord told us what lays ahead so we can rejoice and live fearlessly, and experience His true peace.
