"Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing." - Luke 12:23

Food and clothing are the essential things for living, however, we give importance to these essentials more than we give importance to our spiritual essentials, which primarily is the Word of God. Christ lived a perfect example this is how we ought to live to please God. For Christ, His food was to do the will of God and He lived by what He taught. Let's make sure we eat enough spiritual food each day by spending time in the Word and praying to the Father. Let's  imitate our Lord and pray to our Father for His grace to enable us to live like He lived.
