| "Yet I have set My King on My holy hill of Zion." - Psalm 2:6
"And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS." - Revelation 19:16
When the people of Israel asked for a king, the prophet Samuel reminded them that the Lord their God was already their King. That same Lord is our King today. God has appointed His Son, Jesus Christ, to rule and reign over His people. The Lord Jesus Christ is our King, He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords.
No power, no principality, and no earthly authority can stand against Him, for He is God Almighty. His kingdom is everlasting, His dominion unshakable, and His authority supreme. Let our hearts bow before Him in worship, obedience, and joyful submission.
Praise the Lord!
