"This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends." - John 15:12, 13
The greatest commandment given by the God of the Bible is that we love the Lord with all our heart, soul, and strength. Our Lord Himself has revealed the fullness of that love by laying down His life for us, bearing our sins upon the cross. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. And our Lord has commanded us to love one another, our fellow believers, as He has loved us.
Let us therefore pursue this holy command with diligence, seeking His grace that we may remain faithful and steadfast in love.
