| "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also." - John 14:3
"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord." - 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17
During the passion week, our Lord Jesus comforted His disciples about His return to receive them and all believers. Our souls will be reunited with an immortal body to be in the presence of our Lord forever. He went to prepare a place for us, a glorious place where the glory of God dwells. The Lord shall descend with a shout to gather all believers, both dead and alive at that time. Thus, we shall always be with the Lord. The invitation is open to everyone to come. But that decision to come should be made now. For today is the day of salvation.
