Salvation through Jesus Christ is a free gift from the Father to everyone who believes in Jesus Christ. But there is a price to pay to follow Jesus Christ. History tells us that there have been many tribulations against the saints of Christ. Many gave up their lives to serve the Lord. Following Christ includes self-denial and serving the Lord until the end. Apostle Paul is one of the great examples of faithfully serving the Lord until the end.
Let us likewise serve the Lord by taking up our cross daily and following Him.
