| "Open to me the gates of righteousness; I will go through them, and I will praise the Lord. This is the gate of the Lord, through which the righteous enter. - Psalm 118:19-20
"I am the door. Is anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, an will go in and out and find pasture." - John 10:9
People get offended when we present the claims of Christianity that there is only one way to heaven and that is through Jesus Christ. Our Lord made it as plain as possible that even the people present with Him understood His claims and ultimately put Him to death. Our Lord Jesus made an absolute claim that He is the door and only those who enter by Him will be saved. This is the gate of the Lord through which the righteous enter. Our Lord has opened the door and He has invited everyone to enter by it freely. Those who heed His voice and enter the door will be saved.
