| "He who is of a proud heart stirs up strife, but he who trusts in the Lord will be prospered. He who trusts in his own heart is a fool, but whoever walks wisely will be delivered." - Proverbs 28:25-26
"I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing." - John 15:5
A believer's secret for prosperity is stored in abiding in Christ. Now prosperity not necessarily encompasses worldly wealth, but more so the fruits of the Spirit. A proud heart is not inclined to trusting God but stirring up strife and the Bible calls a proud man a fool. But with Christ within us, we can do all things leading to His glory. Without Him we can do nothing. Let's be wise by trusting and abiding in our Lord, for He is the Vine and we are the branches. Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ.
