| "Or who shut in the sea with doors, when it burst forth and issued from the womb; When I made the clouds its garment and thick darkness its swaddling band; when I fixed My limit for it and set bars and doors; when I said, 'This far you may come, but no farther,and here your proud waves must stop!' " - Job 38:8-11
"The ox knows its owner and the donkey its master's crib; but Israel does not know, My people do not consider." - Isaiah 1:3
We see a stark contrast between rest of the creation of God and humankind when it comes to knowing and obeying the Lord. Everything that God created stood at its place based on God's command, but God created man in His own image and gave him free will to choose, and man disobeyed God. God could have eliminated mankind in a moment but He loved us so much that He died for us and created a way for us to be reconciled. In spite of God's sacrifice we see men still rebel and reject what God has offered. God offered a lifeline through His Son Jesus Christ so all who believe in Him will be saved. Those who reject Him will perish. Hold on to the lifeline, Jesus Christ, and let Him save you. Call upon Him and He will save you.
