| "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven" - Matthew 5:10
"We are hard pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed - always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body" - 2 Corinthians 4:8-10
The grace of our Lord is all sufficient in the time of our trials and tribulations. Our Lord in the beatitude taught us about the blessing for all who are persecuted for righteousness sake. Apostle Paul in his trials and persecution relied on the grace of the Lord and he reflected Christ in his living even when he was faced with death. How are we living for Christ? Are we glad when we are persecuted for Christ's sake? Live for Christ and reflect Him, and be more like Him each day.
