"If therefore God gave them the same gift as He gave us when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could withstand God?" - Acts 11 V17

During the early Church days the Jews and disciples received the Holy Spirit and they believed God gave the gift of Holy Spirit only to the Jewish people. But God showed Peter in a vision that His mercy and gift of salvation extends beyond the Jewish people also to the Gentiles. God's mercy is extended to all people and great is His faithfulness to those who believe and receive the Lord Jesus Christ. If the Spirit of God is talking to you today then do not forsake the precious gift but reach out to God's mercy and receive His grace. Praise the Lord!
